The Post Star: Project to Rehab Former Factory in Victory is Again on Upswing

 

 A new developer is taking on the huge, five-story factory that has been closed for nearly two decades. In a project spearheaded by the Saratoga County Prosperity Partnership, Regan Development is now trying to put together the financing to turn the 230,000-square-foot manufacturing facility into an apartment building.

The Saratogian: Victory Mills to Become Apartment Building, Microbrewery

 

A historic former manufacturing facility will soon begin its transformation into a large apartment building and microbrewery in one of Saratoga County’s largest economic development initiatives in a decade. This $60 million endeavor, spearheaded by the Saratoga County Prosperity Partnership and Regan Development, is expected to revitalize the long-vacant Victory Mills, located on Gates Avenue in the Town of Saratoga’s Village of Victory.

The Daily Gazette: New Apartment Proposal for Victory Mills in Saratoga County

 

The long-vacant mill building that dominates the landscape in the tiny Saratoga County village of Victory would become a 186-unit apartment complex with an on-site microbrewery under a plan announced Wednesday. The Saratoga County Prosperity Partnership is working with Regan Development of Westchester County on the project at the 101-year-old, 230,000-square-foot Victory Mills.
