Gas station owner Erin Ozbay will have some very buttoned-up neighbors at his new location. Pioneer is colocating its Clifton Park branch with Ozbay’s USA Gas at the intersection of Route 146 and Fire Road.

Pioneer has partnered with USA Gas to create a $4 million shared building in Clifton Park that will include a gas station, convenience store and a full-service Pioneer branch at the corner of Fire Road and Route 146.

Albany Business Review: Pioneer to relocate Clifton Park branch to new retail development

Pioneer will move its Clifton Park branch to a new retail development in 2026. The redevelopment project at 4 Fire Road, just off Exit 9 of Interstate 87 in Clifton Park, includes a building with a 5,000-square-foot USA Gas convenience store and a 3,000-square-foot, full-service Pioneer branch with drive-thru.
