More than 60 employees of Pioneer spent the weekend drilling and assembling bed frames. The company’s Albany-Shaker Road parking lot was turned into an assembly line to build 40 new beds.

Some children do not have a bed to sleep in at night. Dozens of volunteers from Pioneer worked together on Friday to change that, with more than 50 employees spending the day in the parking lot outside company headquarters in Colonie building beds for children in need.
